Why a switch from studying one course to a membership experience?
After over 35 years of delivering professional soft skills training, there is a massive gap between course learning, and implementing the learning and skills to your own ‘real world.’
Inside the membership experience, people get results. That's because it's not just the training materials. It's the intentional blend of training PLUS application PLUS encouragement, support and community - all crafted to produce an experience that motivates, inspires and pulls you towards your goals.
But here's the problem...
When people venture out on their own, progress becomes much slower. People lose focus, get easily discouraged and worst case, give up - all because they are not in an environment built for success.
That's when we had the thought...

In our membership, we are a committed partner to your continuing professional development to broaden your horizons, strengthen your skills and open new professional opportunities.
Career Coaching and Training support individuals at every step of their career and professional development journey.
We are a place to help you succeed.
- It’s our commitment to your ongoing professional development.
- It’s our support to ‘grow’ and develop for the long-term rather than as one-off training program.
- You become a member of an organisation with training AND coaching. Our coaching is supported with group and individual coaching.
- Your development is not for one course! We offer many courses to develop all your skills so that there are no gaps in your development.
- We train and coach you for the long term – to form new habits to improve your life.
How long does it take to form a new habit? On average, it takes more than 2 months before a new behaviour becomes automatic — 66 days to be exact. And how long it takes a new habit to form can vary widely depending on the behaviour, the person, and the circumstances. But research states ‘if you want to set your expectations appropriately, the truth is that it will probably take you anywhere from two months to eight months to build a new behaviour into your life — not 21 days.’
Is this a reason to feel disheartened?
No, the research is inspiring! We are in this for the long road.
First, embrace the long, slow walk on the Path of Future Success and focus on each level of growth
Second, we do not have to be perfect. There are setbacks and mistakes, this is the learning! We devise strategies for getting back on track.
And third, embracing longer timelines can help us realise that habits are a process and not an event. All of the ‘21 Days’ hype can make it really easy to think, ‘Oh, I'll just do this and it'll be done.’ But habits never work that way. You have to embrace the process. You have to commit to the system.
Understanding this from the beginning makes it easier to manage your expectations and commit to making small, incremental improvements rather than pressuring yourself into thinking that you have to do it all at once.
